Twin Swing Traffic / Car Park Barrier

This type of barrier may be of use in locations that require minimal open and closing cycles.

Suited for parking, traffic management and road access.

Ideal for locations where it may be unnecessary to install an automatic barrier or rising barrier.  A manual swing barrier is also typically a more cost effective solution.

Note - Manual barriers can be made automatic. We offer a range of automation arms which can be pre fabricated onto the barrier, prior to galvanising/powder coating.

We recommend a 'latching post' to ensure the swing barrier is locked, when in the open position. It is dangerous to leave unlocked, leaving the barrier in a position that vehicles may drive into head on.

Construction/Specification:

• Heavy SHS (square hollow section) - Typically 60 x 60 or similar to suit size
• 100 x 100 SHS posts or 120 x 120 SHS posts to suit barrier size
• Hot dip galvanised as standard
• Powder coating available in any RAL colour (non standard colours may be subject to a surcharge)

Note - The opening width when selecting the product is between the posts (inside post face to inside post face).  The actual overall setup size will be the opening size + 2x post widths.

Finishes

We galvanise all our traffic barriers as standard.  It is included in the base prices of the product.

Powder coating, if required, is applied on top of the galvanised finish.  This gives an extremely long life and robust coating system.

Delivery:

We offer a UK wide delivery service from as little as £120+vat. Delivery typically depends on overall pallet sizes.

Items are able to be hand lifted off the pallets should a forklift not be available.

Usual surcharges apply for highlands/islands etc.
